We enjoy collaborating with creatives, producers, distributors, broadcasters and talent to help connect, curate, strategise and amplify stories and storytellers.  We work hard, we innovate and we act efficiently to maximise our service for clients. Get in touch and let us know how we can help!

The Public Good is so named to honour the notion that, like a good story well-told, a public good is something that is beneficial to all.

Life is for living and work should be a means to that end. A healthy work-life balance is important - outlined below is a summary of how we try to maintain this:

WORK HOURS: Modern working conditions have us constantly ‘on alert’ and tethered to our devices in a way that is unnatural and that is causing damage to individuals and our society.  In general, our office hours are Monday to Friday between 8.30am-6pm. Of course there are many instances when media interviews, production schedules and publicity events will require our availability outside these times but aside from that, unless a work query is genuinely urgent and requires immediate out-of-hours attention, please respect our personal time.

EMAILS: In an attempt to minimise our own personal ‘email overwhelm’ and in order to reduce the overall scourge of emails that pervade modern work-life, we will generally check and respond to weekday emails thrice daily at 9am / 1pm / 5pm (NB: times may vary depending on daily schedules).  We are unlikely to respond to emails at the weekend. If you have a genuinely urgent query or need to talk outside of work hours, you can text or call Tamar directly (see Contact page). You can also read more about the environmental impact of emails here.

MEETINGS: Time is the most finite resource we all possess which is why all in-person meetings that we attend require a clear agenda to be outlined at the time the meeting is proposed.  In-person meetings should be meaningful and results-driven.

Furthermore, we value environmental sustainability so minimising unnecessary travel is a priority for our company.  If the meeting agenda can be adequately covered by  phone/Zoom/Skype/Facetime etc, our preference would be that is the first choice before in-person meetings are proposed.

TIMELINES: Urgent jobs will be subject to a higher rate than normal.  Also, please note that in order to get the best result from a publicity campaign, a minimum of two (2) months’ lead-time is recommended with three (3) or more months’ lead-time being the preferred option.  If you have a shorter lead-time than this, please let us know and we can advise you on your best options.
